Mei Gui Hua Tea (Rosebud): This gentle herb can move Qi and promote a full sigh of relief from life's stresses. Brew this when you need a moment to let go. It's also a gentle soother of menstrual cramps. It's often used as part of a formula to help regulate painful menses. Avoid if you are allergic to roses.

Zi Su Ye Tea (Perilla Leaf): Despite being in the mint family, this leaf offers a warming way to calm nausea during pregnancy. It's eaten fresh as an accompaniment to seafood to counteract any ill effects. As a tea, it can help soothe an upset belly. Do not take if you are allergic to mint.

Nettle Tea: A thistle that sprouts up during spring, nettle represents the upward and outward growth of the season. It will help protect from the wild unpredictable nature of springtime while nourishing at the same time. It's a powerhouse of antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory to boot. Mothers have used it to boost their milk supply. It's also perfect for a mild detox during a spring cleanse. Do not take if you are allergic to plants in nettles.

Chen Pi Tea (Citrus Peel): This is a tea that's packed with antioxidants, it can help get the body's rhythm moving and alleviate any tension, especially in the abdomen. It's best for times of pent-up stress. Do not take if you are allergic to citrus.

Ju Hua Tea (Chrysanthemum): This is a great tea for allergy season. Its herbal properties can cool down any histamine reaction and brighten the eyes. People will also use this as a poultice on the eyes to relieve itchiness and puffiness. Do not take if you are allergic to asters.
