As a massage therapist, Rachael strives to balance the physical and mental relaxation her clients seek. She specializes in deep tissue work and incorporates elements of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, reflexology and Shiatsu into her sessions. Rachael is also certified in prenatal massage, enjoys working with hot stones, and also offers a variety of therapeutic body treatments. Rachael is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Rachael trained at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. After completing the academically rigorous, 1200 hour program, she honed her skills at one of New York City’s top day spas before moving to Portland in 2007.
