Portland Maya Abdominal Therapy

Arvigo Technique Maya Abdominal Therapy is a non-invasive, external, massage technique. Maya Therapy improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen. This bodywork is effective for both men and women.

Pre-natal Maya Abdominal Therapy

In Prenatal Maya Abdominal Therapy, we focus on preparing your body for labor by strengthening, toning and aligning the uterus, uterine ligaments, and other pelvic organs.

Through studies at the Arvigo Institute, women who received Maya Abdominal Therapy throughout pregnancy labored an average of 6-8hrs with their first baby and 4-5 hrs with their second. These women also pushed approximately 30 minutes or less on average. Mayan Therapy also increases blood flow and vital nutrients to the growing fetus and improves nerve and blood flow.
