Steam + Bodywrap
Sit back in our private steam shower while the steam works to increase your circulation, stimulate your immune system, soften your muscles and joints, and enhance your skin tone. Then experience the warmth and comfort of being wrapped in warm, linens that open your pores and draw out impurities. Either meditate in quiet or enjoy a relaxing scalp or foot massage for the remainder of the treatment.

Steam + Massage
Enjoy an aromatherapy steam, with the essential oil of your choice, in our beautifully tiled, private steam shower. After your body has warmed up and your pores opened, sink into a 60 or 90 minute relaxing Swedish or deep tissue massage from one of our highly skilled massage therapists.

Salt Scrub + Massage
Invigorate your skin and your senses with a fine sea-salt scrub. The essential oils in this treatment hydrate while the salt granules exfoliate, encouraging new cell growth and revealing a new, soft, radiant you. Following the scrub, enjoy a 60 or 90 minute deep tissue or Swedish massage aimed at stimulating circulation and creating energy flow.

The utmost in rejuvenation, this session begins with quiet relaxation in the warm walls of our private steam shower. The aromatic steam will penetrate your mind and your pores as your body prepares for an hour of nurturing touch – your choice of Swedish or deep tissue massage. Then heighten your senses and your healing process with a warming body wrap. While you rest in your wrap, enjoy a scalp or foot massage.
