Private Yoga Therapy Sessions Our instructor, Dr. Glenda Culbertson D.C., works one-on-one with clients to create unique yoga programs that fit their specific health and wellness needs. Six sessions are ideal to gain the tools needed to incorporate a sustainable yoga program into daily life. Glenda Culbertson has practiced yoga for over seven years and completed her yoga teacher training three years ago from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in India.
